Pixels was featured in my BFA thesis show back in 2021 at the Seerveld Gallery. Later in the summer, it was accepted into Art Prize, an international art competition. Each color is sampled by things and place that people have great memories of. It was then constructed digitally to get the outline, then painted thickly with oil paint.
